Beerbiceps beginners' leg workout

BeerBiceps is back once again with another home workout video, and this time with a leg workout video! That's right, a lot of people forget that legs need to be worked just as much as any other part of the body. Toned legs add to the aesthetic look of your entire physique. You don't have to be worried if you can't go to the gym to do these workouts, you can do them right at home! This leg workout is for both men and women and also beginners who want to work their legs out, but don't know where to start from. Watch how to do Squats and Step Ups, Calf Raises and Lunges and all of it at the comfort of your house! If you have dumbbells, that's great, but if you don't have dumbbells, don't worry. You can use a heavy school bag instead! So if you want toned legs, this is the workout video for you! Here's the leg workout plan as told by Beerbiceps' Ranveer Allahbadia: WORKOUT PLAN 1) Squats 4 sets (COMPULSORY) Increase the weight or the number of reps in each set (Optional - 3 sets of squats or step ups) 2) Lunges 3 sets - each leg Either alternate leg or one leg 3) Stiff Leg Deadlift 3 sets Increase the weight or the number of reps in each set 4) Calf Raise 3 - 6 sets
